James has extensive experience in healthcare HR operations and has successfully led and managed a multi-state healthcare staffing agency under his direction, overseeing workforce operations, regulatory compliance, recruitment strategy, and organizational growth across multiple jurisdictions. His leadership ensured that the organization maintained compliance with complex federal and state employment regulations while delivering high-quality staffing solutions to healthcare providers.
